Privacy notice
What we collect when you use this site, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
If you send an order request we hold your name, email, telephone, delivery address, the pieces you selected and any access notes you give us. If you join the mailing list we hold your email address. If you request swatches we hold your name, email, postal address and the colours you chose. If you contact us we hold your message.
Why we hold it
To confirm and fulfil an order, to arrange delivery, to answer your question, or to send the newsletter you asked for. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Who else sees it
Our delivery partner sees the name, address and telephone number needed to deliver. Our email service sees the address needed to send a message. No other party receives your details.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your bag and your comparison selection in your own browser so they survive a page change. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled they record page and interaction events without identifying you personally.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the warranty runs plus the period required for tax records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Swatch requests and contact messages are kept for two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
