Client services

Delivery and access

Furniture delivery is part of the product. Here is exactly what happens, what is included, and what we need from you before the day — including the measurements that decide whether a piece will get in.

Three services

Threshold delivery

Included

Two people deliver to the first dry, covered space at your address — a porch, a hallway or a garage. You move the piece from there. Suitable when you have help and a clear route.

Room of choice

Quoted after ordering

The piece is carried to the room you choose and placed where you want it, packaging left with you. Quoted against your address and access notes.

White glove

Quoted after ordering

Carried in, assembled, positioned and all packaging removed. Where access allows, our partner will also check the fit against your doorway before unloading.

We do not advertise a service we cannot staff. Room-of-choice and white-glove delivery depend on your postcode and access, which is why they are quoted rather than promised at checkout.

What happens, in order

  1. 01

    Order request

You send your selection. No payment is taken.

  2. 02

    Confirmation

A specialist confirms leather, lead time, delivery route and final cost within one working day.

  3. 03

    Production

Your piece is built to order. We email a production date and keep you informed of any change.

  4. 04

    Dispatch

You receive a date range and a call from the delivery partner to book a slot.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Two people deliver. Access is checked on arrival; assembly is included where specified.

Before the day

Confirm the narrowest doorway on the route in, any stair turn, and whether there is a lift. If your building requires a booking or a COI, tell us at least a week ahead.

On the day

Clear the route and protect floors where you can. Our partner will assess access before bringing the piece in and will stop if it cannot be moved safely.

If it does not fit

We will not force a piece. Where access fails, we arrange return or an alternative route — a window, a balcony or a smaller piece. Full details sit in our returns terms.
